Adobe Illustrator gives up its secrets!

Siena Solutions adapt!CDMS has automated the process of loading graphic files created with Adobe Illustrator into the document store.

Using the capabilities of Adobe's new scripting language, Siena Solutions have removed yet another manual step from the process of sharing document based infomation with other members of the design and production chain. With one click of a button in Illustrator, the document is uploaded to the secure CDMS environment and sent to the correct recipients.

The system is also sensitive to the contents of an Illustrator document. Simply place your documents in a common "hopper" and adapt! CDMS will find all the documents, read their contents and upload them to the correct location. This "hopper" can be anywhere on the network - even on a user's desktop!

For more advanced requirements, Siena Solutions can link Illustrator to other common desktop application files such as Excel spreadsheets opening up a whole new world of "click and error saving" efficiency!
