adapt! Collaborative Document Management System provides a hierarchical central repository for your styles' design and product data (the document store) so now there is one secure place to manage all your pre-production information. adapt! CDMS technology is browser based with a clean and uncluttered design and a completely configurable interface to your organisation's enterprise system to provide the business integration you need.

organisation
Each document store can contain many "folders" to separate and organise information making it easier to find and secure appropriately and contains its own forum to aid in partner collaboration and to reduce unstructured email traffic. Any file may be stored within the repository and the system tracks multiple versions of the same file so that changes can easily be tracked.

security
Highly configurable security rules allow you to decide who can access what and who should be notified of events within the system to avoid breaches of business confidentiality and improve efficiency. Event notifications can be emailed or sent to a users own workspace for immediate tasking to help manage priorities.

management
adapt! manages and controls the movement of files to and from the organisation, automatically compressing the data as needed to free up time and resources and maintaining security. The pre-production and production approvals process can be established in and managed. With configurable approval requirements, deadlines and history, adapt! CDMS ensures you know what is outstanding, what has problems and what has been approved.
